Royal Service & Rentals, Inc. specializes in fabrication of all types of Oilfield equipment. We can custom design tools for any drilling application. Our 12,000 sq.ft. facility includes many fabrication tools including;

Plasma Torch, Automatic Welding System, Pattern Torch for 5' diameter cap, Assortment of Wire & Stick welders, Track Torch, Drill Press, Chop Saws, 5 & 10 Ton Overhead Hoist, 15 Ton Cherry pickers.\

Royal's Welders are certified as follows:

Netguards:Built to meet MMS Regulations

Single Well: 3" Schedule 80 Pipe and 3"x 1/4"angle Frame 3/16" Outer Skin 4 1/2 IF Box or Padeyes to Deploy.

INSTOCK Two,Three,Four & Six Well Netguards Constructed of same material as single well Royal feels our new design netguards will have no problem passing the Trawl Test.

Templates - Top

Well Templates: Two, Three, Four & Six Well Templates built to meet your needs, whether it be 6', 7', 7'6" ,8' centers or to receive any size conductor pipe

	2 Well Template This Template has 7'6" Centers and a 4.5I.F. Box for attaching to the drill string
	3 Well Template This Template has 7'6" Centers
	4 Well Template This Template has 7'6" Centers and a 4.5I.F. Box for attaching to the drill string
	6 Well Template This Template has 7'6" Centers and a 4.5I.F. Box for attaching to the drill string

Corrosion Caps - Top

Corrosion Caps: 13 3/8", 16", 20", 24", 26", 30", 36" are all built to stab in and are flush to the OD.

Deployment can be done with slings or with drill pipe.Caps are built with 4 1/2 IF Box looking up.

Centralizers - Top

Centralizers:Fabricated to fit any size pipe and guides. Whether it be Concentric or Eccentric. Sub Surface and Splash Zone.
